1-Year Limited Warranty Policy

At Ladyroad, we stand proudly behind the quality, durability, and engineering of our premium mobility solutions. We want you to ride with absolute confidence. That is why every new mobility scooter purchased directly from Ladyroad.com comes with our 1-Year Limited Manufacturer's Warranty and Lifetime US-Based Technical Support.

1. What is Covered (The 1-Year Warranty) For a period of one (1) year from the date of delivery, Ladyroad warrants the following original components against defects in materials and workmanship under normal, intended use:

Structural Frame: Main frame components and seat post.

Electrical Components: Motor, transaxle, controller, and wiring harnesses.

Battery: Batteries are covered for one (1) year against manufacturing defects. (Please note: gradual decrease in battery capacity due to normal usage and charging cycles is expected and is not considered a defect).

Our Promise: If any of the covered components fail due to a manufacturing defect within the first year, our technical team will diagnose the issue and ship the replacement parts to you absolutely free of charge. We will also provide detailed guidance to help you or a local technician install the part easily.

2. What is NOT Covered Please note that our warranty does not cover the following:

Normal wear and tear items (e.g., tires, tubes, upholstery, armpads, and brake pads).

Damage caused by misuse, abuse, accidents, negligence, or unauthorized modifications.

Damage caused by improper storage, lack of maintenance, or extreme water exposure.

Labor costs for part installation (unless explicitly authorized by our team in advance).

Your Order Number.

A brief description of the issue.

Clear photos or a short video showing the defect.
